PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING

These rules are necessary for you to know how to register and to participate in the forum. Therefore, I urge you to read and follow them. It won't take you long.

When you register, your user name should be your character's FIRST and LAST name. No names such as SlythforLife, xxdumbledorexx, Johnny, or any other variations.

DO NOT take the full or last name of a canon character. You can't just decide to be related to the characters UNLESS they are a MINOR canon character. If you have any questions on whether your name is acceptable or not, PM me and I will either okay it or reject it.

Please keep in mind that this site is PG-13 and has little tolerance for obscene or racy topics outside of those particular threads. All threads that have the above content must have WARNINGS under the description. (Some warnings include; SEXUAL CONTENT, NC-17, Rated R, VIOLENCE, etc...)
*Drug related topics will not be allowed.
**Most swear words are allowed, but if your character uses them frequently and in very graphic ways, you will be banned. NO racial slurs are to be used, whether you ar of that race or not, as they are considered offensive.

No GM-ing, or God-Modding, unless you've been given the explicit permission from the other person. Everything you do must have the consent of both characters; death, torture, etc... You do NOT control the reactions of others.

Please be sure to read the site's plot line and other important information before you start role playing.

The minimum word count for posting is forty words. No one likes to write a long post and find something small in return. Therefore, the minimum may be forty, but more would be appreciated.

All RPing should be done in third person, past tense.

No double posting. There is an edit button, so you can add or change anything.

Before posting, you must be sorted, have already claimed a play-by, and have created your profile. (See Face Claim)

The limit to how many characters you may have on this site is five (5), however any and all characters you have need to remain active. There will be activity checks every now and again, so unless you've posted in the Away Thread, we are going to assume you have left the site.

Remember to be as realistic as possible when role playing. This is meant to resemble the Harry Potter Universe, so please keep that in mind. We are trying to get a taste of that lifestyle and the only way we can accomplish that is by remaining as in character as possible.

No character is perfect, so there will be no Mary-Jane's. Your character will have flaws and they will mess up. No character can be all knowing and perfect. Everyone has their weakness in every aspect of life, whether it be love or school. So keep things as realistic as possible.

BE RESPECTFUL. Respect everyone who takes part on this site. We are all here to have fun and no one needs to be bullied or belittled. During RP-ing you can have your fights and the people you hate, but in Chat Box, you stop when someone asks you to. Disrespect is not tolerated, and no one should ever feel victimized or ganged up on.
